Beyond-the-code
ReNew Design + Build believes in a Beyond-the-Code construction philosophy. Currently, North Carolina builders are only required to follow the 2018 IRC and 2009 IECC. Our promise is to elevate home building to the highest possible standard. At a minimum we will build to the most current International Residential Code and International Energy Conservation Code.
+ We are actively monitoring and mastering the most up-to-date codes available for North Carolina.
