We use recycled materials from locally deconstructed houses along with cutting edge technology for sound mitigation, balanced intake and exhaust systems for high air quality, superior moisture control and filtration, heat and cool air retention, etc. ​​​
Phius (Passive House Institute United States) creates a path to a zero-carbon built environment and we are striving to set this standard in the GreaterTriangle area. At a minimum we will build to the most current International Residential Code and International Energy Conservation Code. Currently, North Carolina builders are only required to follow the 2018 IRC and 2009 IECC. Our promise is to elevate home building to the highest possible standard.
